On the Qualcomm Flight RB5, PX4 runs on the Hexagon DSP of the QRB5165 rather than on a separate flight controller. The Qualcomm Flight RB5 SDK deploys and starts it as part of the vehicle’s boot sequence, see RB5 SDK Services.

The Qualcomm Flight RB5 SDK is the original software stack that shipped on the vehicle. The Qualcomm Flight RB5 is now supported by the VOXL SDK, which replaces these rb5-* services. See the VOXL SDK for RB5 Upgrade Guide.

After upgrading to the VOXL SDK

The VOXL SDK provides PX4 on this platform through voxl-px4, the same package used on VOXL 2, which shares the QRB5165 processor. The following pages apply:
