Connect zorro-blue to PC then select (USB Storage), on PC open sd-card folder and take note of the file structure, then delete everything and copy the contents of the zip file.
Proceed to restart zorro-blue and ensure the zorro-blue model name is displayed correctly. If not, then the copy procedure failed and it must be performed again.
Troubleshooting: try to eject the drive after copying, then re-connect to PC.
Update EdgeTX Firmware
Update to version 3.0.0.5 (2025-10-16) to check (SYS->VERSION)

Update edgetx firmware using latest firmware stored on sd-card
Begin by holding SYS when powering up, then select write firmware
Update edgetx bootloader by power-cycling zorro-blue, then enter (SYS->sd card->firmware->select and hold enter on firmware)
Calibrate analog sticks and pots since overwriting sd card erases calibration
(SYS->hardware->calibration) press enter to start then follow directions
Update ExpressLRS
Update to version 3.5.3.18 to check (SYS->TOOLS->ExpressLRS) then scroll to bottom to view x.x.x.x
Update M0193-TX ELRS using expresslrs-configurator (on zorro-blue, connect usb to machine and select vcp) then update with configurator. Example shown below
After cloning expressLRS, checkout the recommended tag in step 1 with git checkout x.x.x.x
